United Minimums is 1000 turbine and ATP. So yes, you are required to have United Minimums because the program requires 3000 turbine at C5 or 1000 TPIC at C5.

Also, you would not be flowing at 2500 TT because 750 hours (minimum ATP Req)+1000 (121 Ops for Upgrade) + 1000 (TPIC at C5) is 2750, minimum. Besides, United has hired military pilots with 1500 hours. So, the minimum for United is 1500 TT and 1000 Turbine.

Come on over, roll the dice with the ORD base potential opening next year.

If I were a West Coast guy, I'd heavily consider Compass or Skywest. Don't commute cross country

Do not do the cross country commute. I've known several that have tried and ended up moving or leaving. Try to find something out in the west if you don't want to move.

PSA is going to hire into the 146 or MD80 soon. A few 727 FE spots might open. Sully was there so you know the training is top notch.

AirCal might need 737-200 or MD-80 people.

Or go to Oakland to see World or Transamerica. You might have to fly an L-100 in Angola for a while though.

Good luck.

Horizon does not have a flow through. We have a guaranteed "interview" once you meet Alaskas minimums. You must surrender all of your employee attendance, discipline, performance and training records. Alaska says it will "attempt" to have 30% of new hires classes from horizon. 70% from SkyWest/compass/military etc.

If you want to work at Alaska you're statistically more likely to be hired outside Qx and you get to save your dignity too.

Going into week 7 waiting on ioe. Will I get 100 hours in 120 days on reserve? Getting a little worried now. Thanks.

Yes. Will scheduling get me enough hours? Should I be concerned?
