Hey guys, new here. How hard is it to get Ewr base as a new hire? Where will the ERJs be based? What is the interview like and where is it? Cleveland? How long is reserve call out? First year pay $36 hour? Thanks!

Can anybody explain the interview process here with the new United CPP and everything? Would we be doing the CommutAir interview first and then doing a United interview? Is it the same interview you'd do if you applied to United? I just want to go into this prepared if I decide to apply. Thanks.

With these full bore classes what in the ratio of people getting the Dash vs the 145? Are many coming over from other regionals for the United deal or CFI's?
