IOE Wait Times
Just finished up training, been waiting a week so far and heard nothing as far as IOE schedule. How long have people been waiting for IOE? Namely the October and November classes? See y’all on the line

First, you need to get used to the idea of waiting. For everything.
Second, pretty sure they are supposed to give you 5 days between finishing training and IOE anyway, so there's that.
Third, get used to waiting. After you get an IOE schedule and complete that, you'll have to wait on Crew Planning to build you a schedule for the remainder of the month (assuming you're not eligible for that bid.) That could take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks. You're still getting paid for that time.
Then you get wait on reserve for them to call you to fly. Try to embrace the suck of airport reserve.
