IAD extremely senior for captains, moderately senior for F/Os. Expect 6-12 months of reserve as an FO. However, FO IAD reserve coverage is poor, so you might fly a lot anyway. Double that reserve time for DECs if you can even hold it at all. Things might change with Whisky leaving Dulles, while C5's Denver base seems to be withering on the vine.

Thanks so much for the info. I have a CJO for C5 but IAD is my only real commutable base. Looks like there's some hope on the FO side
