For the CPP, it says you need to 'Have a training performance record that is acceptable to United.' Anyone know what this entails? Number of checkride busts and such?

I have a question about the UCPP.

It says "you will not be eligible for hire at United until you have obtained a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or obtained other applicable credentials acceptable to United Airlines."

What counts as "other application credentials"? I have 5 years of military service, I'm curious if that would pull any sort of weight for this specific requirement.

It would at PDT where a degree is not required (in writing) in the flow agreement.

Does anyone know about how long it takes to get the Hogan invite? I got a CJO and submitted the United app a few days later (over two weeks ago), but nothing yet.

So you think I'd still be eligible for the UCPP? I think CommutAir would be a reasonable choice if i would be eligible for the pathways program. I literally live 2 miles away from IAD.

my other option would be PSA since they crew out of DCA. But I like Dulles much better.

The head recruiter at CommutAir is also the person in charge of our
CPP for United. You can ask her what they have accepted in the past to get around the college requirement.

Mine came a week or two before my class start date. I can’t remember exact timing.

I wouldn't plan on it. For the overwhelming majority of people, the 4 year degree will be required. Exceptions are made only in rare circumstances.

Five years of military service won't replace that requirement, especially when that military service usually means a degree can be obtained for free.
