An excerpt from the company proposed language about days over 16. It’s not as simple as days 17/18 being paid out extra.
The Company shall construct bid lines to contain a maximum of 16 Duty Days and 2 Override Days. An Override Day is a Duty Day scheduled in the Crewmember’s Home Base during which the Crewmember is free from all duty or performs Long Call Reserve. The Company shall designate the Crewmember’s Override Days on the Bid line, but may move those days to any days on the Bid Line where the Crewmember is free from all duty or performed Long Call Reserve at his Home Base. The Crewmember will be paid the daily rate (3.56 hours) above guarantee for each required Override Day not received. Work performed on Override Days will be counted toward guarantee.

Now that the NLB has been contacted and following on the shirt tails of Kalitta with their generous lead of how they handled DW and the 1224, he will be left to use something else as a negotiation pawn for Atlas.
And once the 1224 loses two major due paying airlines after the two decertification are complete maybe the stooges above DW will send him packing.

But DW and the 1224 union bosses sure are throwing a hissy fit over the possibility of us leaving.

Isn’t it funny how all we kept hearing is there is only bullet points and nothing in Contract language. Well this sure looks like language to me and I am sure this isn’t the only paragraph in language. Again completely miss led by our great EXCO and the 1224.

So I've stayed pretty quiet on all this with both Omni and Kalitta, but I honestly don't understand something.
DW and DB are both in elected positions. Not positions where the "bigwigs" can get rid of them. Elected by you and me. And Reelected just last fall.
With both union groups allegedly so bitter about their treatment, why did no one get nominated to run against either DW or DB? I can understand if you nominated someone and they lost due to overwhelming Atlas votes, but that didn't happen. If somethings wrong in my house, I generally try to fix it before just throwing my hands in the air and leaving...

Based on my own anecdotal coorespondece, the majority of us didn’t receive notification or ballots of said election.

Who do you think you are! Get with the agenda of Dan Wells and 1224 suck AND are the only thing keeping Omni pilots from making stupendous money!
