It is there all right.
Unfortunately, the Omni pilots are prevented from seeing it. The reasons for such are also kept from the membership.
A disgrace.

The company doesn't talk about any aircraft purchases or future flying contracts until they are signed, because that's good business practices. So why not just keep to the practice Mr. Company? Divide and conquer, the 'ol management tool that's why.

The company as a private, entity has the right to communicate its matters at the time and place of its choosing.
The Union, as the word implies, is made of a group of people, and at least in theory ,has the duty to work on behalf and to keep its members informed.
Neither seems to be happening at this time.

Do you need a diaclaimer or addendum with everything someone posts? I've been pretty clear in saying that there are still a few items that need to be negotiated and closed out. To me it doesn't sound like it's years away. Just because a handful of guys are dreaming of some things that are well out of reach (like back pay for two years, as nice as it would be; or business class for all travel all the time) doesn't mean all of us are.

We are not seeing it because it is a bad offer not worth even considering. If it was any good, it would be out for a vote. We are waiting for an amendment to this offer and it will be here in due time. We all just need to be patient

Well a new CEO letter came out... getting a bit too open with company-union communications. I'm not going to comment on it much more than that.
What I will say is that the carrot the company has dangled has brought attrition (unions bargaining power) to a screeching halt, 3 inactive pilots dropped off and 1 junior FO quit since last month.

Yes indeed Crippens tactics have stopped the hemorrhaging. Now with the union suggesting we demand retroactive pay will that speed up the process? I'm not holding my breath for the retroactive pay by the way.

Respectfully, I have watched 1224 lose at thier own game long enough. Simple fact is they are not ready and or willing to close this deal within a reasonable time frame due to an ulterior motive. After today’s response from 1224 to the pilot group, I will follow the union’s advice and I will contact the CEO as they suggest. Only I will tell him I have had enough of teamsters and that we need new representation in order to bring this to a close.
