Upgrades??
With so many captains leaving.... there are still no upgrade classes occurring, as far as I know.
Will there likely be some this coming year? If there aren't, I'm better off trying to get on with either Delta or United and getting a nearly-instant upgrade.

The cartoon airline makes the idiots of the year awards again by todays events. This time the UNQUALIFIED INFILTRATOR moves up the ranks to run one of the most important departments in the company. DR really needs to be checked for early signs of dementia.

If this wasn't so sad it would be funny. They fired one of the best in the training dept ,and it was not the older guy. Over something
that truly was not his fault. A month before christmas . The training center has been a dumpster fire for months. A 1985 sim that has
never been conpletely fixed. DR is just a puppet and has no control over anything and to think he is running this airline is a joke.
Every one at this company should be worried about their future here.

Hopefully you are joking. The idiots that are interviewing pilots now would not know a good one from a bad one. This is not the first time there have been classess on 1 or 2 or 3 many times. Its around the industry now that Omni is a S... hole place to work, When they do get people to show up they either dont make it through or they flat out leave for better places and most of the time they are guys that have failed out of other airline training programs that the idiots hired.
Put that in your cap and smoke it.
