I was just in Denver last week and did another PC to reset my CKS and landings. I was in the Nov 2010 class for the Boeing and have yet to do IOE. A couple guys from my class started this week out in Hawaii. I don't think it will be much longer for my wait (hopefully). I know the bottleneck of training the new hires in the last several months has become a big issue. They are trying to resolve that quickly. They pulled a few guys from the sim to put out online to speed things up. I did also hear that they want another 4 777's in the next year as well as a few more 767's. I think think once the jam on the training gets cleared up things will move again. I think they are going to interview again soon. I think if you are in the 757/767 they are holding off on classes until it gets cleared up. I have been sitting at home 3.5 months collecting a paycheck. I would think they wouldn't want to be doing that for too long.

The current wait from entering the pool to starting is just shy of 6 months, however, that number should be decreasing after the August and September classes run from what I can tell. They opted to delay start dates and run smaller classes to help prevent people from showing up to IOE unprepared because they have been sitting too long since the Sim. Like others have said, it is about to start moving again. I believe everyone in the pool should be getting some type of contact soon as to your status. If you have been swimming for a while and have not heard anything try not to let the "what-ifs" drive you crazy. Omni needs you in the air, not in the pool.
To all of those that are looking at applying, I believe that interviews may start again in the coming months. Good luck. There is a good bit of advise on this thread about how things work at The Big O.

Thanks night,
Yeah, I am getting real anxious to just get out and get it done. I love my time at home, but it is driving me a little crazy. I have just kept in the books for the most part which made my PC a breeze last week to reset everything. I keep hoping for my schedule to have something on it soon.

I hope to hear something when they start interviewing again.
I was going to PM you, but it won't let me yet.
Thanks

Speed,
I did not upgrade at QX. 6 years and was not close. My times were when I got hired 6500tt, 2500 PIC, 300 PIC turbine (previous job to QX), 4300 turbine and so on. I have a friend who walked my resume in. It took a couple of times to get a call. That is what helps the most from what I know. I know there have been people hired with fairly low times too.
