Those rates are only slighty better than Regional Airline pay rates and can quickly be surpassed by pilots hired at a major airline. UAL and Delta pilots can quickly upgrade and make $330/hour.

We had a townhall and the 1st thing that came out of the Company's mouth "No pay raises so dont even ask". Dont bother coming here. You will average low hours for a large amount of headaches. If you are a U.S. Citizen you will be assigned ICE flights out of AEX, AZA, or HRL. You will sit in hotel rooms on reserve and have 20 schedule changes a month, no organization. If thats the lifestyle you want by all means this is the place for you.
