Default Director of Training

i was interviewed for the position of Director of Training more than 2 years ago.
However, after I finished my interview with the Director of Safety (SMS), he turned me down for employment.
I had a excellant record of training at previous airlines and he wasn't willing to spend the funds I requested for the training department.
Thank goodness God was looking out for my professionism and let that opportunity to "Fly Bye Me."

And at your interview, you had enough information to figure out all the problems in the training department and come up with a solution and a total cost solution. Interesting.....
