Director of Training
i was interviewed for the position of Director of Training more than 2 years ago.
However, after I finished my interview with the Director of Safety (SMS), he turned me down for employment.
I had a excellant record of training at previous airlines and he wasn't willing to spend the funds I requested for the training department.
Thank goodness God was looking out for my professionism and let that opportunity to "Fly Bye Me."
