Very professional. What might you have said if you had an education?

You're gleeful at the prospect of the death of the regionals. "Shame it didn't come to fruition," you said. You're proud of that, are you?

Impressive. Well, actually, shameful. Go ahead, defend it.

Schadenfreude. Joy at the misfortune of others: a pathetic, dishonorable attribute. Yours?

you must be new to this industry. Everybody has a sob story. Guess what? Still want the regionals gone. And there’s a lot of people who agree.

Maybe get yourself an education. Learn about things like scope. And B scale. And whipsawing.

BTW. Why you so butt hurt? You lose your job today? (Schadenfreude). Lol

So what’s you solution tax subsidies for EAS?
Or perhaps Delta should run daily 757 service into Keokuk, IA ?

I suppose folks in the small cities could just drive.

Someone else alluded to your education and I don’t know about that, but evidently intelligence is not one of your attributes.

It's readily apparant that most who post have more time in their logbooks holding over umptyumpt VOR than you do in your logbook. You are lucky to have avoided the '80s when regionals were evolving... low pay... no pay during training, no benefits. etc. if ever there was a definition of a menial, your picture next to the term would suffice.

If no one is biting, consider Envoy Air even if it's just a temporary stop and you need a paycheck and insurance. Yes, it is a regional ..... but we are growing and need crew especially DECs. 22 aircraft (E170/175s) to be delievered by the end of 2024. An additional 12 factory new in 2025. For DEC, it's a no interview CJO. Assuming you have at the applicable 121 upgrade time, no major background red flags, you apply, they like your app, and you will be given a CJO. Then you will be called in for a logbook review and background paperwork.

APC Envoy Air profile

1:1 pay longevity (all 121 experience), commuter policy and hotels. DECs are holding a line within a year-ish on property. Many senior CAs bid reserve.

Domiciles: PHX, DFW, ORD, MIA . New hires mostly going to DFW,ORD and/or PHX. MIA is our more senior base. Lots of movement though as we continue to take on 2 or more aircraft per month. (not to mention the usual attrition by flow through to AA and hiring at the legacies.)
Envoy told me a couple of weeks ago they wanted me to complete 737 consolidation to interview, even after I explained the situation going on at Iaero.
