How about something that stands on its own with out comparing it to others. Always used to crack me up when the Air Force would say safest single engine fighter ever made, of course it was the only single engine fighter they made in 30 years. Lets start at second year pay and subtract 10%. Don't be shocked when the guy bringing home the $1200 paycheck tries to pick up and extra $200. One extra trip can mean a 20% take home pay raise to a new hire. Veba is a 1% tax to a 1st year guy while it is only a .2% tax to the wide body capt.

Don't forget the $25,000 gift card(not needed if age 65 goes through, do they still get it?),
A-380 pay(company pulled the rug out from under us on this one),
the passover that's been LOA'd away(poor guys),
and all the negotiating capital that's spent getting the company to comply with the law in certain areas(userra).
As for the VCP DP, two of the three seats are still filled.

I've got no idea on the avatar and it's whereabouts. A bud at AAL sent me a bunch of aviation pics and that was one of them. Looks like an interesting approach though!!!!
