Back a little ways in the thread is some info. It's not sounding far off from what you probably have. Classic tell me about a time etc, about yourself, some scenario based aviation knowledge questions. The ride is in the DC8. Normal T/O with steep turns to the 180 degree point, not 360, non precision to a missed, talk about the hold and how you would enter, speed. I didn't fly the hold after explaining it. Then it's vectors for a precision to a full stop. All hand flown except during your approach brief. Then he flies. Be yourself, be professional, and fly like you know how and it should go fine. Like others have said you gotta get real close to the panel to really see everything and keep the scan going! Everybody is writing everything down so don't worry about that. That's what I got right now. Good luck!

ATI was highly compensated? You need to talk to some of the guys that work there and ask if they are highly compensated. The only thing they tout is their marvelous home basing.....which according to a well placed source, will be negotiated away very soon.
Time to step back in for another episode of Moto's favorite reality series: Rumor Mill Control!

First, your "well placed source"? Apparently isn't all that well placed... Your source is wrong. What else has your source (and by default, you) been wrong about in the recent past, which you then felt obligated to share on this site with nothing but an opinion for backup? I can think of a few. Then again, I have no idea what you consider "well placed".

Second, you are correct: ATI is not at all "highly compensated", at least not for the industry. In fact, we're on the low end at the moment. We get that. Particularly with what seems to be some well-deserved and long-awaited progress with a fellow 1224 carrier. Taste of what's to come? Plus home basing. Take that back to your "source".

You are not highly compensated because you are willing to accept low ball rates. Your MEC has been on the plantation too long.......time to grow a set. Hopefully your new hires will dump and run before the first set of furloughs!
