Few questions:

Where are we gonna be based? Do we need to have a car in cvg to get to iln at the start of every trip? How many pilots are they hiring and how many have they got so far? Also Im in the October class. Anybody know how big the class is?

No. The company provides transportation to/from CVG if you get an ILN trip. These are going pretty senior right now, but you may get lucky and get one from a vacation or sick call.

100 by next May is the latest. 28 either in class or online so far.

Why would we give longevity? The offer was made to bring you guys onboard but your membership thought it was a horrible idea. Z stated that you guys have become irrelevant, I'm sure your MEC understands.

Even better! Truly the MEC is irrelevant.

Default off topic, JS rules

I've read some recent discussion about JS policy. I'm a Southern pilot, we're "Home Based" so are provided with commercial travel to work. Getting from SEA to CVG is an all day or all night affair (as is my case)

JS on ABX from SEA to CVG could be easier and more conducive to getting good rest prior to my flight to Leipzig the following night. I'm keeping my commercial travel as a back up depending on the answer to my question.

My question, Am I allowed to JS to CVG on ABX?
