Not the case on this one SaltyDog.... (I meet ALL of the old and new requirements).

I was completing the app and began to upload my aircraft quals one by one. (That part of the app opens a new window for each aircraft you are qualified in). However, I was logged off of the computer in the middle of uploading each of my aircraft quals. Having completed all other parts of the application, the system "assumed" I had uploaded all of my aircraft experience.

Now I'm locked out of the application and the system "thinks" it has all of my data. Could this be any more unfair????

Additionally, the previous app system let you update. This new system not only keeps everyone from doing that, but never even gave an indication when beginning the app that the system had changed.

I updated mine the other day and just revisited the website. No problem logging on or updating. FYI I use Mozilla Firefox and not Windows.

Default Updates To Fo

I am in the same boat. I made a mistake in converting my PIC from military to civilian and now I cannot go back and fix it.

I contacted HR and here is what I got.

The system shows your app as being complete. Updates are not allowed under the new system. Thank you, Warren

I misunderstood your dilemma. Do you have any sponsors at UPS? I would get them to talk to HR. This system is embarrassing to say the least. I think they need to hear these problems from line pilots. It is pathetic to say we 'move at the speed of business' and can't even get HR correct. I have voiced my concerns to PD.

SaltyDog,

I do have one contact there. He was going to do the same as you and contact PD. Don't know if PD could really do anything about this or not. You'd know better than I would.
