I just found out today that I've been reassigned to the 75/76 in ONT. I'm a 72 FO hired in Oct. Only flew 2 days after completion of IOE. Training starts next month for me. Sounds like a lot of these rumors are becoming reality.

Did you have a system bid on file? There were enough F/O vacancies throughout the system that you should have gotten what you wanted (except 747 SDF - that was full).

If he gets what he wants, I want to bid something too. On probation apparently you may ask for something but no promises. A friend who got bumped form the back seat wanted 747 and was told " no thank you, here is the 757."

I've got my system bids in. We'll see what they decide to do with all us newhire FE's since the 727 list is waaay fat on FE's anyway.

Yes, I had a system bid on file and 75/76 ONT was my first choice. I wasn't asked if I wanted it or not, just got the message telling me that's what I would be doing next. I'm very happy w/ the outcome though.
