Truth Hurts FOforlife? Can't u pass an Upgrade? I know, it is a pain. But the facts are UPS has Hired maybe 70 pilots Since 2007. That's 8 years my friend. With a trickle going forward. 100 new hires over 10 years?
No Aircraft orders since 2005? Yes indeed, this place does suck. And I'm a 21 year CA. So it must be bad.

Two UPS FQS (Mgt pilots) have had hard landings in the last 6 weeks while conducting IOE. One was the hardest documented A300 landing ever. Plane is back in service but had extensive mx done to it.
FAA and UPS is awakening to the reality that FQS doing training is a real safety issue. FAA wants them to fly the line much, much more than they normally have done. UPS doesn't want to pay to displace union pilots so Mgt can fly the line. IPA has been quiet about the matter as negotiations are on going.
