It comes down to about 2.75 % raise from the old one !!!
Still at the bottom among the regionals when it comes to pay, benefits, schedule.
New management generally considered a huge disappointment.

Thought it would be a change for the better with new VP of MX and VP of Ops.

You mean "lack of" followthrough, don't you? I actually wish there WAS a followthrough with MAC and Empire. Lots of good pilots out there who already know how the system works.

They're not blacklisted. FedEx has hired former feeder pilots but there is no flow through.

How much PIC time are new street captains getting per month? Is it mostly sit in the right seat making captain pay?

Straight from the Feeder? Or after they've gone on to get some other, bigger airplane experience?

I just recently found out what the MAC guys are making compared to the Empire guys, and it definitely surprised me. That "flightcrew basing" (ie home-basing) that MAC has is a nice touch though.

A buddy of mine used to fly the C-208 and the F-27.
Good luck to you.
