Default FDX- Practice Bid?

HKG is being totally excessed, correct? So how can an HKG 30C be awarded 57C MEM and it shows as "Relieve Excess"?

Regards,
Clutch

Lots of them. Good question.

It matters in that the training order is different for bidding to relieve excess, and being excessed. Someone may bid either way even though the entire HKG base is being excessed so they train ASAP or train last?

Maybe that just allows them to train out first, with the excessed guys hanging on until the end.

Thinking on it I guess it all depends on how you structure your standing bid. If you keep HKG (can you do that?) as your #1 bid you will get excessed. Otherwise it is "Relieve Excess"?

Hi Clutch, if you bid to "relieve" then you go to training first, otherwise it's seniority driven (being excessed from junior to senior) as to who gets to turn the lights off.

Lots of games being played by the HKG folks. Good for them. I doubt many of them are going to CGN. This excess followed by a vacancy is quite a joke. Seems that most of them really want to stay in HKG and will bid back during the vacancy bid.
