I personally don't think you could find, here in the United States, 5 CEO's, at companies that have been in operation for more that a few years, whose gross pay is anywhere close to your 3 or 4 times the gross pay of their average employee. Again, I'm not positive, but I seem to remember something about Japan, where the CEO's make a much smaller spread, but even there it's well over 4 times average employee pay. And let's face it... I'd want my CEO to make a ton, if he or she is worth it to the corporation.

Why is alien a bad word. My family tree has immigrants from 1810 to 1890. All of them came legally. Some of them likely discriminated against. I am as much Indian as the fake Indian Senator from Massachusettes. What does that have to do with the fact that we are exporting jobs and every new job in the last 10 years has essentially gone to aliens legal and illegal. This has caused the wage stagnation you whine about.

Some of my best teachers, doctors, engineers ect I know are all aliens. If you discriminate against them, they will find employment in other country and the quality of professional you'll get will decrease. Stop being bias, your ancestors were given a fair shot now it's someone else's turn stop hating.

Let me type really slow for you and then you can get back to surfing porn. Aliens; legal and illegal, work cheaper than native Americans. Therefore if aliens take all of the new jobs created then wages will be stagnant. See that is the theme we are discussing. I have nothing against legal aliens. Line jumping illegal aliens however should not be allowed to work and drive down the wages for entry level jobs. There is a reason you couldnt get hired a McDonalds. Illegals work cheaper and dont smoke dope in the bathroom on their break.
So now which is it, you want to work at Fedex or you dont want to work at Fedex? You have claimed both in the last 2 months.
