Just Culture right back at you.
So you are saying that a "single pay rate" is now going to be one of our demands? Why don't you go ask our leadership about the offer the company made in regards to that! I don't think you will like answer!

I may have missed it somewhere, but talk of 757 SIBA, is that because the thought is the FO seats will go unfilled?

Just curious, will all the HKG passover pay stop when the bid closes and the guys/gals getting it can no longer "hold" the seat?

Yes...really fair, I know.

They had to wait to receive it until they were "virtually trained." Now it's axed as soon as the bid closes...

Absolutely unacceptable.
I'm not quite sure why PC keeps saying this. They did it in 2008...twice.

You're sure why he keeps saying it, I've no doubt. It's expedient and advantageous for him to do so.
I think you wonder, if you'll allow me the liberty, why anyone would believe it when he says it.

This isn't about new hires. The last statement of my comment was a warning to potential new hires about what's wrong here because people like you are either ignorant or refuse to accept the truth.

I agree 100%, it is about the new contract. I marched during the informational picketing, I hope you did as well. My MEC stands for me and I hope soon we'll have a contract and that contract has the pay tables fixed.

The primary reasons guys are considering FedEx is for Pay and the Retiring and yes stability. The pay is now an even playing field with the Pax carriers. If they axe or freeze your retirement I think the Pax carriers will be a better place to work. I don't many of us out there are willing to fly the back side of the clock with all the good things about purple being taken away.

That's one of the most ignorant statements you've nad on this forum. New hires and the future and security of your company and your retirement. You should care about them and their wellbeing
