Default Any recent interviewees at FedEx?

Hi there,
I've been reading the posts on this forum for a few months now. I have also kept up with the aviationinterviews.com website, but it seems that lately there hasn't been much info on recent FedEx interviews. I got the call of my dreams for a FX interview very soon. If anyone out there has some suggestions, recent experience, anything at all, your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time. I am very much looking forward to joining FedEx in the near future.
For now, back to studying...

I highly suggest using Emerald Coast Interview Consulting for the interview prep. Additionally, they offer sim prep. I found the prep to be very informative and worth my time and $$.

When is your interview date?

JDriver, I appreciate the Emerald Coast suggestion, I've heard that from several friends. Did you also do a sim prep? How long in the pool?

Tip, my meet and greet was over a year ago and interviewing late Jan.

80kts, no idea on meet and greets in Jan, sorry.

Hey Cloud,

Just curious when you got called to set up the interview. How much lead time time they gave you vs. sim prep scheg. and how that worked out.

thanks.

I had Emerald Coast set up the sim prep for me with their guy AJ Singh. AJ is a very good instructor. He has his process down to a science.

For me the decision whether or not to do the prep was easy. It was a small price to pay to help me succeed in get hired for my dream job.

I will have sat in the pool for about 7 months. I start later this month.

When did they call you to set up your interview?

I feel a FedEx Poolie Call, Fifth Thread starting soon!

From my limited experience and knowledge of others, it seems one will get the call approximately a month prior to the interview, which is enough time to set up the sim prep, study and get everything in order. As soon as they call you, call AJ and set up the sim prep immediately, the MEM sim slots go fast.

JDriver, I agree, I am also doing the sim prep with AJ and it's a very small price to pay for the best airline job in the world.

Grady, don't really know if anyone is called without a sponsor, if I hear something, I'll post it.

Good luck to all my aviating brothers and sisters out there.
CS.

Just heard from an ACP meet-n-greets should start in February. One option being floated to curb the problem of scheduling is going to be the seniority of the sponsor. The more senior people get to schedule theirs first. The upside of this is the senior people aren't normally sponsoring anyone.
