They don't like duplicate threads on APC.

You should add to this thread: XMAS Draft

The other Draft thread, last post about two weeks ago, was also deleted shortly afterward.

Remember that movie from the '90s with Michael Douglas and Demi Moore - Disclosure?
Disclosure VR scene ? Critical Commons

I'm picturing the FedEx legal team in Memphis trying to save the thread files as they're being deleted.

A body with Scott S's face going through trashing all the files..... As the files disappear, they're asking a little (big?) angel that looks like Cassel to help them stop it.

Our MEC Chairman laments that management has chosen the "old school" negotiating path as if it's A) news and B) a surprise, yet we still are more concerned about being non-confrontational.

He says there are "lawful, non-disruptive avenues for us to express legitimate concern and frustration with the Company’s bargaining position." OK, let's see one. Show us the way, Mr. Leader. Oh, what? It's too hot for informational picketing, we need to wait until the fall?

Sure.

Timid leadership creates frustration among anxious soldiers, and that's what's going to get somebody in trouble.

Default FedEx is not a happy place - avoid flying

I think FedEx pilots should use every personal decision making option available to them to spend as little time as possible at work. That way - the company will understand that pilot's are not happy with the pace of negotiations.

I wonder if the guy writing this is a fedex pilot? Or, perhaps a fedex pilot is dictating a message to someone else that is not a fedex pilot to write down here....specifically to avoid the chance that a fedex pilot was involved in a job action.

Okay moderators....delete away.

I am no legal beagle, but I think when you advocate what other FedEx pilots should or shouldn't do, on a public forum, you may be putting yourself at risk. Beware my friend!

I don't think he is a Fedex pilot. That's his point. Who's to say who is posting what on here. Obviously if you're posting employee numbers or names on a specific pairing you'd have to be a Fedex pilot.
