FDX FxCal Trip Recaps
#31
Thanks Appdude.. I have never had another Apple ID so don't think that is a factor.. I will just delete/reinstall once I get my new grid. According to PFC email, I need to do it soon. Guess I'll just be doing it sooner than waiting till the last day.. No worries!

Appdude ... thanks for all your help
Frank ... I was surprised during a recent "Genius Bar" appointment when the Genius pointed out that I had different Apple ID's on my different devices (he had me switch them on his MBA). I didn't do that on purpose.

I tried numerous ways to update FXCal. Eventually resorted to deleting the icon (and app) and reinstalling from the app store. I did a search for FXCal and it did not give me an Update or Purchase option. It only showed the cloud download option. I selected that and the latest version downloaded. I entered all the needed info including the eGrid and it works great.
BTW - thanks AppDude for a software program that has significantly improved my QOL!

Ended up doing a delete/install. Only took 5 minutes including adding my new E-Grid...very SMALL price to pay for such a HUGE QOL increase when using FXCal.

Glad some of you were able to get 4.7.0.
Sorry some are still having issues.
Seems like some folks get the new load by hitting the 'Open' button, but others have reported that that did not work for them.
One consistent way seems to be to delete the app and then reinstall, which gets the new version.
I also request everyone double check their correct AppleID under 'iTunes and App Store'.
Thanks

I tried to install the update several times last night, but could not get it to work. When I woke up this morning, I clicked on the App Store icon and the update was waiting on me. It installed with no problems.
I'd bet this has to do with a problem on Apple's end and not with FX Cal itself.
