I love the sushi, ramen noodle shops, the clean cities, but they have never atoned for the things they did, they are always the victim. Suing dead pilots. Did the crash insult the honor of the runway or something? Ridiculous.
I don't think they've ever publicly acknowledged this:

Many individuals kill themselves by jumping in front of trains. Guess what happens when they kill themselves. People then can't get to work. The government will come after the family of the individual who killed themselves, and try to get compensation for all of those individuals who were late.
My train unfortunately got held up on the way to school once due to someone jumping in front of it.
Granted that's someone's choice vs. an accident, but still.

Yeah, it's really gotta suck when you're late for school. Especially with such a lame excuse. Principles office for you boy-chick.

What are you even talking about? Are you as dense as lead? I didn't say I agree with it, I was stating how it was.

Yeah, probably so. That said, you could have picked some better words to describe the situation, because the ones you used showed a total lack of empathy for the individual who took his/her own life.

Come on....get over it already. What the Japanese are doing is dumb. Consistent, but dumb. The fact that they've never atoned for things they did previously is not germane to this issue. Neither did Genghis Khan, Attila the Hun, The Catholic Church, Ivan the Terrible, nor Joe Stalin apologize for their deeds, but we still love them.
