OK you are the second internet commando to PIPE in on this issue.
Why is where the CP parks to go to work every day an issue? Tell me what leadership he is or isn't demonstrating by parking in that lot. Is he taking a spot away from another line pilot? Maybe he is parking there to free up a spot for another person in the other lot, how the hell do you know why he parks there? Did you ask him?
Where is your heartburn over the line pilots breaking the rules and parking in the O&B lot? Are they tools also?
I have much more of an issue with the CP for issues of much greater importance.
Here is a first grade response to your name calling - I'm rubber you're glue what ever you say bounces off me and sticks to you.
Thanks for your insightful post also.

I agree that there are much more serious issues, this is just a very basic and clear-cut example of the mindset with which he operates.
And yes, I do think that if you park in the wrong lot you're being a tool.

...It's pretty basic, really. If you can't follow the simplest of the rules that you are charged with enforcing, you are likely to be an ineffective leader.

Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding! We have a winner!! FedEx Management rule number 1; it is far easier to follow the rules, when you make and interpret the rules.

I've never seen a more clear cut case of someone habitually abusing the system and you should be disciplined by the company immediately! Perhaps we could arrange to have you publicly flogged over the hood of BM's Jag in the late call lot in front of the entire crew force. That would teach us to not call in sick.

So that makes zero sense that you would be flagged for a doctor's note for past usage. Could it have been required for the trip you called in sick for, alone? Meaning, was in conjunction with vacation, a holiday (yes, Easter counts, apparently people must be calling in sick to attend Easter Mass---yeah right), or something in particular about this specific trip?

Nothing in conjunction with vacation, or a holiday that I know of.
