Although I don't work for UPS, I think that the negativity geared towards fqs' on this forum only constitutes the voice of the minority. I work for chq; we have management pilots flying quite a bit and the teamster goons never say boo. I just don't get it: much ado about nothing.
You'd also be VERY wrong about line pilot's opinions of nurps. Very few are respected and NONE are trusted.
Don't base your experience of your airline with the trucking company that is UPS.

Webster definition of a s--b:
a worker who refuses to join a labor union (2) : a union member who refuses to strike or returns to work before a strike has ended (3) : a worker who accepts employment or replaces a union worker during a strike (4) : one who works for less than union wages or on nonunion terms 4
Let's see, Teamsters strike in 1997-FQS crossed a picket line and flew.

UPS mgt pilots are held in very low esteem by 99% of line pilots. Not all individually, but their positions are a cancer. It's the "original sin" of the IPA that they exist.
