Well....we are bringing back 44 guys with real bad attitudes, only 125 some NURPs can't be expected to monitor, shadow and harass them.

The total number of NURPS has decreased. They did hire during the furlough, but the policy changed at Ft Fumble as directed by Atlanta corporate. No more hiring of NURPS.

Too bad we have so many but it's fun to see them scurrying around like rats on a sinking ship.
