Feb 28th has come and gone still no message from ALPA addressing this issue. I believe we have given the union ample time to address the concerns and end this speculation or address it with a solution.
It's clear that this problem has gone on for some time and accountability has never been a concern. The union believes this issue will resolve itself with time and no intervention. This hot topic will soon fade and business will be conducted like normal. I for one will not let this issue die.
We asked for transparency and have gotten nothing. Speculation is alive and moral is dying.
I have removed my ALPA pin and lanyard because this union has told me they do not represent the majority of ALPA code abiding individuals but rather Code violating members. Unity can't form unless their is a common moral ground (code of ethics) and ours has been breached. Feel free to join this journey.

Who is really responsible for allowing these Alleged violations?
ALPA or Management?

If you believe that are there are only 2 sides during Contract Negotiations, who ultimately wins with that attitude?

God help us with this next contract.

That would be a great email to post on the Alpa webboard, but no one would read it.

Perhaps it is time your block rep was reminded that he can be recalled.
