If they can get a bot written that changes the time stamp, why don't they just make one that puts their name on a trip after it is flown and just get paid for it without all that hassle of deviating and flying?

There is at least one that in ANC that consistently gets the CHTR / XTRA pairings. His calendar is blocked. I am not an open time hawk...but the few times since 2011 that I've tried to jump on a deal...the same guys are nailing them.

Hey, that's not right, dude. I'm all for shaming the guys who are well known for doing this kind of thing. It's deplorable to start painting ANYONE who gets an extra pairing or charter as gaming the system. Let's keep our eye on the ball and use the mechanisms in place via ALPA to keep the pressure on.

Someone expressed concern that one of these problem children might pick up a frozen trip in ANC - I was merely wondering how that would work since I thought the guys we're discussing are MEM pilots.

My bad completely. I just re-read it and I can see how you got there. The guys we are discussing are MEM guys. I don't know if or how they could pick up a trip in ANC. I didn't think they could.

I'm just passing on what an MEC Member told me. I specifically asked because I had been following this discussion. Since charters are almost non-existent on the 75, I have not personally encountered this. All we have is habitual DPMS flyers!!

I actually don't realize anything here to be honest. No one here, and that includes you (person reading this post - unless you're Lakeside) knows how he does it. They're have been several people come on here and say "that's exactly how he does it....blah, blah, blah." I do agree that he's got an inside edge on all you guys and it ****ing you off - would probably **** me off too if I was effected but I'm not. I don't have a horse in this race. I'm an outsider (not MD-11) trying to bring objectivity to this witch hunt. In my opinion, it's either Albie's suggestion (collusion with a scheduler - which I imagine the scene from The Departed where Matt Damon is texting on a phone in his pocket) or a bot telling him it's coming (which I find very difficult to believe). OTP recycling is not it though. You can't get that lucky that many times recycling OTP - which evidently you can't do anyways. It's funny that people are making claims on here that they have no idea what they're talking about (OTP recycling). Unlimited OTP? What the hell is that? It doesn't exist - you're making stuff up. The truth needs to come to life here and in time I believe it will. Hell, I'll even email my block rep on your behalf and tell him the boys on the MD-11 are gettin' screwed by Lakeside and we need the truth - provided we can handle the truth.

Folks here are trying to understand what's going on, and while some may have a better grip than other, the intent of this conversation is to find some truth. However, you, dear Fool, condemn their speculations and opinions as, blah, blah, blah, bull****, and then offer more of the same.
Hate to break the news, but bots affect all seats in all positions, and yes, it effects you, or affects you if had any sense of grammar. And no, I'm not the grammar police. I'm the CompetentFool police, out to stamp out idiocy on every post.
And of course it was a stupid FO on the crew bus, because we have no stupid captains on the crew buses, certainly none with the guts to say to this young fellow how big of a dumbass he was for believing in conjecture.
You're the guy on the jury who's looking at blood and DNA evidence, and because there wasn't a video of the actual crime then perhaps the murderer is innocent.
