Latest iPad MDM Agent update

Read AirWatch MDM Agent update notes.
Among other fixes here are a few that I have a question about.
--Offline access policy
--Configurable application passcode
--Only prompts to enable location services when required by policy.

Anyone care to comment on what this means? Perhaps Appdude would know.

That's why I carry 2 iPads. Nothing personal on company equipment. Then you don't have to worry!

And I do not know what it means either.
But I also carry a personal iPad.
Different iCloud ID on company than personal.
Same iTunes and App Store ID.
NOTHING personal (email, text, calendar, contacts, documents) on company hardware.

What message are you guys talking about? Last email I got was from
1/6 and no new updates on the iPad. What am I missing.

The latest iPad update for AirWatch MDM Agent. Look for the notes that are listed along with the ITunes update- you'll find it there.

Not a conspiracy theorist but it's only smart to have a person tablet as well.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist either, but it seems like I'm the only dude on here who does not carry 2 Ipads everywhere I go. I use the company Ipad as my personal use Ipad as well. If I get reprimanded or fired I'll be sure and conform all your conspiracy theories.

I wouldn't be as worried about a reprimand as I would be about an invasion of my privacy. I have nothing to hide, but no desire to share my email, browsing history, etc with the company when I have to turn my device in (if it breaks, or for any other reason).

Besides, you can't use an awesome program called BidX Mobile on the company iPad (yep, that was a shameless plug... http://bidxmobile.com/)!!!
