Which number are you trying to call them on? If you are returning a call from them, some of those numbers are blocked. If you call through the CRS main number and go through the tree phone that should work.

Just connected via the 800

Weird that the 800 went to busy tone and the 901 to a voice mail box after a several second delay for about 80 mins for me

This past Monday I started a trip with a deadhead, parked at the lakes of democrat, bus was going directly to terminal, life was good. I spent the next 35-45 minutes trying to reach scheduling. I used the same number and same phone tree I always use. NO ANSWER once I got to my seat on phone tree. Finally, I went to another seat and got someone. Next time I will involve the duty officer, as I risked "Late check-in". Scheduler gave no justification for my desk not answering.
