Default FDX Launches Cold Packaging

FedEx has introduced a new cold shipping option to its temperature controlled packaging portfolio, for its customers who require a refrigerated environment of 2-8 Celsius, for up to 96 hours, for their shipments.

The company reckons the new packaging will bring benefits to the healthcare industry, saying it is easy to use, reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly.

It said the device, built by NanoCool, can achieve a temperature of 4C in less than five minutes, without the use of gel packs or dry ice.

I wonder if I could get MBO points for proposing that FDX uses hydrazine as APU fuel?

This is old news, the vendors in LAX have been using this to make sure our Breakfast Meal is completely frozen by loading the chiller full of dry ice on top of our catering for years
