I'm not surprised. However, I'd say the game has changed now that an official policy statement has been issued. It'll be hard to claim ignorance in the future. I'd guess those in violation in the future would be looking at a minimum of some time off.

Management has just set the precedent that defying and blatantly violating company policy (use of bots) is OK. A simple "REMINDER" to the 99.7% and the coming crackdown on 3rd party entrepreneurs (whose names have NEVER been associated with the 0.3%), is tacit approval of the past practices of the .3%!! You can get away with it as long as we " REMIND" you of your prohibited behavior. The Union should take note.
