Being an outsider I couldn't get the math to add up to 200k for a five year FO...... Glad you confirmed not really an error in my basic math skills......

Min
75 hour guarantee X 13 bid periods X $183 (avg FO pay rate since junior capt is 1998 doh)

Avg
82 hours X 13 bids X 183 + $5100 avg sick check + $3,00 avg premium pay

I won't list max but we have FOs pushing $250k.

Most of us are happy to fly and go home.

I wish I was one of those FO's, and I've been here over 6 yrs.

Really? Must be some serious high time lines, OT, vacation on days off, training on days off.

Most lines I look at don't go too much over 80.

$3,000 for premium is more than I have gotten in 5+ years??

80 x $ 186 ( 15yr FO) = 193k. Not sure how thats well over 200k. My W-2 is no where close. Of course I usually buy high and sell low too.

They must be, because I 2nd Day Air'd a 2# box to Cali last Thursday and it will be there until today. Needless to say the customer isn't happy.
1. I would demand my money back.
2. Then I would move my account to FedEx.

That is the only thing UPS listens to!!

What is a sick check? My average for that during the last 5 years has been $ 0.

How do I get that?

Chump change compare to our management pilots. 350k+ and stock options and they don't work nearly as hard as ipa guys.

Is premium pay at UPS the same as open time on days off? I'm hoping not as you have furloughs but just wondering?
