You mean the NB guys who were getting Passover Pay for years and years while on the 727 and are now bidding laterally but won't have to pay back the POP, or do you mean guys who were actually on the wide-body and are down bidding? Which of those eyebrow raisers are you asking about?

Just checked the actual current seat positions of those who were awarded captain. 14/15 are currently on the 727. Only one is actually on a wide body right now. Several are check airman on the 727 holding passover as someone else mentioned.

Big wigs in the training department as well. Have to get them their 300 hours so they can stay in training once the 727 goes away...

Isn't their a 2-year seat lock for a lateral bid or a downbid?
If so, does bidding the 757 (on a non-excess bid) prevent the awarded pilots from bidding the 767 should it be determined the 767 will have a seperate, widebody, seat award?
