Wash Flyer Taxi/Bus sounds like the plan then. I'm flying in on a saturday, and our DCA flight doesnt operate on a saturday.

+1 on the Washington Flyer to Metro. I was based out of DCA for a number of years and have done it many times. There is also the Super Shuttle. It's a flat rate, albeit more expensive, and they may make several stops along the way. I used it as a last resort.

Take the Bus.
Used to live in DC. Take the Bus 5A to L'Fant Plaza or Rosslyn Stations get off and take the Metro to wherever you want to go. DC's Metro is the best in the country. It'll cost you $6.00.
