I 'think' they're required to ask for your airline ID and another ID?

Mark, you are correct: straight from the first point on Q&A from the KCM weblink posted earlier.

FedEx is suppose to get them from the TSA and distribute them to the pilots. You then go to the website on the card to register it (myKCMsupport.com). It comes with an I.D. size card as well as a keychain size card. Either work well. All the cards do however is save the TSA agent from about 10 seconds of typingon their keyboard so its not really necessary.

This isn't KCM related; however, I was recently stopped at a TSA checkpoint because according to the TSA Agent, "Your ID needs to say Aircrew, not Flight Crew. You need to get this fixed ASAP. Next time you may not be allowed through". He then allowed me to enter the screening area.

I hope this new requirement is adopted by EWR. I would love to tell scheduling that I can't fly until a new ID is sent to me.

I had the same issue in MSP. I was nonreving and they said I wasn't aloud through. So I had him call someone else, who then went to the supervisor, who then went to the book, and then called someone else. I was finally aloud through. I can't stand them, learn your own rules.

Also, why hasn't FDX pushed for a KCM at MEM? I think they're the worst TSA in the industry.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. Who is our contact at FDX for getting the card?

Maybe you should try asking quietly!
