I think the IPA is the best thing that ever happened to the pilots at UPS
The IPA is doing a better job than any other organization could dream of doing.
Progress with management- as much as can be accomplished with current management.
Just keep doing what they have for the last 23 years , continuously improving the contract under which we work.

No , none of the bull**** that management has tried to do has weakened the IPA.

This company makes it easy for the IPA remain united and successful. If the company were to meet more in the middle our union would be more like the others.

In the last 10 years or so, has things ever been so bad that the union ever debated picketing or striking?

You could not possibly understand. UPS is a great job. Great long term. That's why guys/gals complain so much but deal with it! Some of the people that we all work for however just really try to make things as difficult as possible. They DO NOT like Unions. Its a trend here that is not going to change for some time.

I know this is just flame bait on your part. I think you guys might just find out how the "company" will treat you. Just ask some of your fellow flight qualified fellows that were no longer needed when the DC-8's and 747 Classics went away. Sad. Does not have to be that way!

Maybe the FQS's should go on strike. I hear it has gotten pretty bad for you guys!!
