UPS application question
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with regards to the application on the upsjobs.com site.
I have submitted my app and now trying to access it to input some update but could not find it anymore.
I went to the flight officer app section, filled in my name and click on all the boxes only to have a reply that says my info "has been retained among others for consideration".
Then I went over to the "applications" section, input my social # only to have it say "not in our system".
What am I doing wrong here??
Please help!!
Thank you!

App. process was updated in August. If you have not re-submitted all of your info since then, you will have to do just that now. Just sign in again and start all over. If it is more recent, I've heard a rumor that the system dose not allow "updates". You will have to sign in using a different e-mail address and start over. pain in the @ss, I know...
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the response. I was actually able to log on to my completed application and update it about a month ago. But this time around seems like it's not working.
If what you are saying is true, then everytime you submit a new application to "update it" UPS will get another one of your app on file?
Thanks.

Dudewannabe...I don't mean to hijack your thread but I would like to add a question to this thread.
I update my app once a month. I am not missing a thing but everytime I go back to my app my FE written date is blank. Anybody having this problem or know of who I need to talk with to get this fixed? I am afraid of not getting called because I don't have my FE written completed.
Thanks for all the responses on here. It all helps.

Has anyone figured out the problem yet? Or did you guys just start over and enter all the info again?
I have a buddy who has had his stuff in since the summer and has been able to update it on regular basis. Just the other day the system said it didn't recognize his ss#.
Any suggestions? Maybe his application has been pulled? I don't know.
Thanks in advance!
Sonny.

I believe freightpuppy can back me up on this one.
An HR lady told me that when you initially fill out the application, if you have checked a box no, that the system doesn't recognize that you can make a change. Example, you apply when you have 800 hours PIC. Over the course of your career, you get the 1000 PIC and go back to update it. The system won't recognize it.
What you need to do is fill it out with a new e-mail when you can answer yes to every question on the app. Then once it is filled in, you have the option to go in and change your e-mail back to the original one.
