Doubtful since the returning pilot waived their arbitration hearing and decided to mediated a settlement (which I'm sure required a pound of flesh to be paid back) with the company instead. Hopefully it was the right decision given the circumstances but I'd like to see all pilots return to property without admitting any wrong doing and get full back pay.

I don't remember who pilot #4 is. The pilot that settled is the female pilot who made the video for FedEx.

If that is the pilot then I stand corrected. It sounded like she had a well documented case to defend herself.....maybe not, maybe so. The details of that settlement would be VERY interesting to know to say the least. Either way, that case was a PR nightmare for the company.
