Wow, what fleet are you on? I have been used on almost every single reserve day for the last two pps. No sitting around for me. Nights sitting hot standby and not flying don't count, but I was even launched twice last pp from hot.

You either do not work at UPS or you are looking at another radar list. Those guys on all the domiciles/fleets/reserve blocks look busy to me.

5 guys on RSVA BUS FO have completed either 5 or 7 day blocks of reserve and not been used.

Lots of mixed signals. We're being paid and not being utilized. It hasn't been this good on reserve in 4 years. That's why it's going very senior, even during peak.
