Like flying with any other pilot. As long as the cockpit is kept professional, and not a just somewhere to argue about union politics, who really cares? People have the freedom to chose and ALPA has given its pilots lots of reasons to not be members.
(I've never been a non-union pilot)

I would go out of my way to make them feel as uncomfortable as possible. I would also make sure my ALPA lanyard and cheer poms are visible throughout the entire flight. Snide comments would be a must as well. I would also talk about my religion as well as political affiliation while we were at it...
I would ask how they feel about abortion and the upcoming election too...
Seriously, just do your job and go home...Don't start nonsense BS with anybody. Nobody cares.

I prepare by not brushing my teeth for a day or so, consume as much Indian and Mexican food as possible and frequent the lav often enroute.
By the way...Many of us really do care, if they're non-dues paying!! But, just do your job. No more, no less.

ALPA ain't gonna be a whole lot of help in that event.
I do know of a fellow at Piedmont who ran a little short of cash at a Bahamas casino (this was a charter). He put up the paperwork of a YS-11 as collateral - and lost!
