Good deal!

send to your sig reps so they can build a database for contract negotiations I've sent 2-3 in the past couple months. Got reply back stating that it is this kind of solid evidence they need to make traction.

I sent screen shots of the pairing w accepted fare, and invoice of the actual ticket purchased by corp travel. 20-50% difference in favor of the company on all three occasions.

Where oh where is ALPA when we need them? This has been going on far too long!

Also, since when did any of these Chinese airlines become suitable for aircrew travel, and who makes such a determination? Does ALPA have a say in this, given that it is a safety related issue? The experience and training of Chinese pilots, and history of maintenance of each carrier, should be examined before an agreement is reached between the union and the company over our safe travel on any Chinese carrier.

IIRC, most of the Chinese carriers were on our "Do Not Fly" list until recently, when it was discovered that it was financially beneficial to put crews on them. My experience with them has been unpleasant and unsafe. Another example of "The company will make the best effort..." kind of language being abused.
