I hate UPS. They delivered my package and it got stolen from my door step. This is despite the massive sign that said, please do not leave any packages at the door.
UPS is as bad as the post office.
Crap product in my opinion. In fact I no longer do business with companies that only ship UPS. FEDEX is light years ahead in customer support. Just the ability to divert a package enroute with FEDEX is awesome. UPS wants to charge me $40 a year for that option.
I throw down the glove and call you postal workers.

Five years ago you were asking on this forum how to know whether or not you passed the UPS psych exam. Guess you didn't pass it. Haha.

Btw, gfy!

Don't feel so bad. My sister shipped box of wine and the label specifically said signature required. The box was left at the front door then stolen by bunch of kids, Yub you guessed it righ. The parents tried to blame thier drunken behavior on me. The purple moron caused a huge headache for me so i say they both equally suck

I fly 9 days a month. Why on gods green earth would I want to do hub turns in the middle if the night. I am more then satisfied with my place in the aviation food chain.
I was simply expressing my dissatisfaction with my UPS experience. The icing on the cake was the poor customer service and suggestion by UPS that I had some blame to share in the missing parcel. Other than not being available at the leisure of the delivery person to personally accept the package. I really don't understand how a person could not follow simple directions.
I think you should get some thicker skin.

I think his skin is probably thick enough. I think he was just pointing out how your opinion might not be totally unbiased. Just like Brownie's opinion of FedEx is totally unbiased!

Alright, I will give a shout-out to both UPS and FedEx!

I have never had a problem with either company and appreciate the hustle and hard work the couriers, flight crews, and all other staff put forth.

On another note, my wife seems to keep both companies burning a path to and from our house.

Cheers!
