Default FedEx CIC question

I looked and couldn't find the answer, seeing if some of you wiser folks would know. I had training drop some R days, I went into the view/add and picked up a couple of trips. Normally you get leveled for said trips on subsequent R days. But, when open time came out I traded said CIC trip for another trip. I didn't end up getting leveled for the trip I traded for after I flew it. The trip code changed from CIC to M/U. But one would think you would still get leveled for it..

So my question is once you drop a CIC trip and pick up another trip, do you not get leveled for the same amount of CIC hours?

Thanks in advance!

You do not get leveled if you trade the trip. Same thing if you drop it and pick up another...no leveling.

Once the code changes from CIC, the leveling won't happen.

Nope. Change of trip code is the key as CIA is "special makeup". It also affects your paycheck. CIA counts into current month's R/BLG while M/U counts as extra (paid next month). So you will be docked the CIA this month, but get it back as extra next month.

Just for accuracy, it's coded CIA... And yes what the others said.

The pay is transparent. You will be docked/adjusted on the 15th of the next month and will get paid for the M/U trip you traded at the same time. Your current months pay won't change..... adjustments are always the next month on the 15th.
