You guys really need to drink a better quality tequila before you post to these boards.

When Mr. Smith and Mr. Brown predict the next year is going to be less than stellar and announce the intention of more cost cutting, we no longer have to trust theory, it has become fact.

Volume is down worldwide according to them and the economies around the world have dug themselves into a big hole and are digging it deeper every day.

Some say this condition may last a decade or more, and it is difficult to provide a meaningful argument to the contrary.

As much as some of us enjoy the fantasy that labor is running the show or revile corporations, the fact is that supply, demand, capacity and economic health have a far greater influence.

Oh snap! And here I thought it was expiring tax cuts and uncertainty of "job creators." As in, "mmmm, these fudge brownies are so chocolatey and ...job creatorey!"

OUCH! I am trying to be funny.

I guess you missed the TIC of my remark. NO ONE is doing anything but guessing when it comes to what Brown manglement and/or the global economy will do.

BTW….don't hold your breath. I've got another 13 years to go…
