Hmm...I don't know how long you've been here, but if you are an MD11 captain you have to remember iService a few years back. I know that did not include pilots, but that was the last buyout and it appeared to be extremely successful. Of course that is also when all the entry level management, ramp and station type managers went away and the company created "Team Leaders." According to ground pounders, many if not most, management positions didn't get back-filled at all. So the result was hourly instead of salaried EEs, and just guessing probably a different benefit package too.

Yea, If you'll look at his post that you quoted, he specifically said "incentives for pilots."
