If you sit reserve in MEM, Intl dh's, ESP 1st class ones are few and far between. You get launched with minimal notice on an INTL trip you are lucky to get a bag packed.

HH, that, and the gouge in the international airport briefing is worthless.
I should've noted that I'd be staying in the airport Marriott. The gouge says go to Terminal 2...big help. Terminal 2 is about 7 kilometers long with hundreds of 'sorties' (exits). Unless you know/have done it/have good gouge its tricky. Plus I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

From July 16th to August 31st the North and South terraces of Roissy CDG Airport will be renovated. Due to this temporary reorganization, the FREE HOTEL SHUTTLE (BLACK BUS) will have to be taken FROM ROISSYPOLE instead of Terminal 2 – Gare TGV. Signage will be displayed in the Airport.
Airport shuttle service, scheduled, complimentary
Courtesy phone available
Estimated taxi fare: 20 EUR (one way)

I recall the coach seats on United being more comfortable than their premium class products.
